He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank and Helen; his wife Cindy; his daughter Beth Ann; and his nephew Chris.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Duby (Martina) and Brian Duby; his grandchildren, Kylen Duby and Iley Duby; and his siblings, Patrick Duby and Susie Duby. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
