He is survived by: his parents, Mary Pichan and Lee Pichan; his wife Danielle Elizabeth (Gretz); his grandmother Patricia Granfeldt; his sister Bailey Philpott (Tommy); and his aunts and uncles, Patricia Granfeldt, Ilene Draus (John), Hugh Granfeldt and Alan Pichan (Grace). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Matthew unceremoniously donated to many charitable causes and was always willing to help those in need.
