He was predeceased by: his uncle Michael J. O'Neill; his aunt Peggy O'Neill Petersen; and his cousin Jimmy O'Neill. He is survived by: his children, Carina and Cullen Ciolfi; his parents, Mary Ann and Joseph Ciolfi; and his brother Michael Ciolfi. He is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
