She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney DeKett and Nora DeKett (Elmer); her husband Edgar Gyde, Jr.; her siblings, Leonard (Gladys Hardy), K. Ward (Regina Kreiner), Kenneth, Ruby DeKett Haynes and Ruth DeKett; and her brothers-in-law, Elmer Wessel and Guy Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Lee (Jennifer Lou) and Jennifer Kay Morris (Frank); her grandson Zacory Dale Morris (Katie Rose); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn DeKett, Annie Gyde Wessel and Ethel Gyde Paul. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
