She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kay and Nancy Blankenship; her husband Reide Mackenzie; her children, Thomas Mackenzie and Nancy Due; her daughter-in-law Mary Mackenzie; her siblings, Jimmie Kay, Katie White (James), Wilma Wallace (Franklin), Dola McNabb (Floyd), Evel Kay, Cletius Kay, Doyle Kay and Muriel Conway (William); and her brother-in-law Paul.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Mackenzie (Terri) and Floyd Mackenzie; her grandchildren, Jill, Matthew (Amy), Kristin, Phill, Tim (Lauren), Michael (Brittany), John, Sarah (Allen) and Andrew (Sheridan); her great grandchildren, Jax, Grace, Noah, Reide, Alex, Hazel, Jace, Isla, Leyton and Oliver; and her sister Ruth Higley.
