She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Sage and Ruth Cowan; her birth mother Ruth Cowan; her stepmother Geraldine Sage (Vilardi); her daughter-in-law Ann Perkett (Casto); and her brothers, William Jr. "Billy", David, Keith and Billy.
She is survived by: her children, David Perkett, Marc Hoerauf (Kelsy) and Kimberly Rieck (Chris); her stepdaughter Tammy McGinty (Greg); her grandchildren, Julia Rautenberg (Kurt), Tyler Perkett, Parker Rieck and Caleb Hoerauf; her great grandchild Vera Rautenberg; and her significant other George Gardell. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren fiercely, and being a Mom and Nana.
