We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2024, at the age of 77, Lawrence Joseph Hassell of Brighton, Michigan, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence L. Hassell and Joan Hassell (O'Connor). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hassell (Augustine); his children, Sean Hassell (Tricia), Ryan Hassell and Marc Hassell; his siblings, Nancy Joan Hassell, Tom Hassell (Nancy), Maureen Santiago (Joe), Frank Hassell and Bob Hassell (Diane Kiladis); his grandchildren, Bella and Noah; and his sister-in-law Deb Modrzynski (Dennis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family for a special needs fund for future planning for Larry's son Marc.
