She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Small and Pearl Small (Thorne); her husband Gerald Simons (Jerry); and her siblings, Helen (Herbert), Marge (Phil) and Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Kathleen Zirschky (Steve), Gerald Joseph Simons II (Laurie) and Richard Alan Simons (Debbie); her grandchildren, Matthew (Sarah), Melissa (Seth), Michael (Kimberly), Richard and Stephen (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Alexia, Shay, Catherine, Mason, Grace, William, Ashton, Jace, Kade, Ezra and Theodore; her niece Carol Carnes; and her nephew Jim Newberg (Sue).
