The memory of Judith Ellen Sherman of Brighton, Michigan, who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kraase and Mildred Kraase (Papke); her son Mark Sherman; her brother Dale Kraase; and her son-in-law Todd Read.
She is survived by: her husband James Sherman; her children, Debra Read, Susan McPherson (Mark), Thomas Sherman (Jackie) and Daniel Sherman (Ang); her sister Karen Krassa (Skip); and her grandchildren, TJ McPherson, McKenzie McPherson and Matt Sherman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (711 Rickett Rd, Brighton, MI 48116).
