He was predeceased by: his children, John and Kassandra; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Kristen Griffin (Dave), Kari, Robert (Taylor), Jacob (Brooke), Katherine (Seth Rodman) of Kandice Schifko, M. D. and James (Cameron); his grandchildren, Dominic, Rhylan, Kaylee, Charlie, Vincent, Salvatore, Aiden, Elijah, Slayt, Parker and Syer; and his siblings, Daniel (Lisa), Paul (Denise) and Cynthia Jacobs.
