She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester C. Johnson and Reba Angeline Johnson (Youngblood); her husband James F. Boone; her son Dennis Cox; and her sister Shirl Melton.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Cox of Southfield and Deborah McFarland (Scott) of Fowlerville; her stepson Jim Boone (Wendy) of Delta, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Deane Beauchamp, Steven Cox, Danielle McFarland and Emily McFarland; and her sister June Viniard of Kentucky.
