He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Lee Langer (Kelso); and his stepmother Mary Carol. He is survived by: his father Herbert Walter Langer; his wife Mary Ellen (Zaragoza); his children, Herbie and Nolan; and his siblings, Lindsy, Kevin and Jill.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St Mary Magdalen Catholic Church youth group and religious formation programs.
