She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gucz and Helena Gucz (Chojnaka); her husband Edward Duczkowski Sr.; her son Edward Duczkowski Jr.; and her siblings, John, Tessie, Joseph, Jean, Wanda and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Nancy Duczkowski; her grandchildren, Edward Duczkowski III (Karen), Shelley Clave (Scott) and Stacy Duczkowski; her great grandchildren, Erin, Scott (Aryn), Phillip, Nathan, Alexandra (Ryan), Ethan and Daniel; and her great great grandchildren, June and Scott. She is also survived by her extended family including many nieces and nephews.
