It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Raymond York of Brighton, Michigan, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sophia J. York; and his son John Hrubiak. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Tadajewski (Richard); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Hrubiak (Tracey), Michael Hrubiak (Melanie), Laura Woodall (Todd) and Amy Switalski (Ian); and his daughter-in-law Patricia Hrubiak. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many close friends and extended family.
