He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Miodowski and Pearl Miodowski (Weinke); his daughters, Jenny and Holly; and his grandson Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mooney; his children, Geoffrey Miodowski Jr. (Cristen), Brandon Miodowski (Samantha) and Rebecca West (Matt); his stepchildren, Carly Ostroski (Mark) and Katherine Waligorski (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Raylee, Declan, Maxam, Dakota, Lilly, Steven, Jenny and David.
