It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donice Leota Lewis of Brighton, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jackson and Eleanora Jackson (Poole); her husband Gordon Lewis; and her siblings, Maxine, Connie and Wayne.

She is survived by: her children, Dianne Naggar (Samy), Bradley Lewis (Gail), Renee Badder (Chuck) and Rodney Lewis (Laura); her grandchildren, Michele Engberg (Tom), Scott Lewis and Albena Khavary (Mohammed); and her great grandchildren, Helena Engberg, Gracie Engberg and Sasha Khavary.
