He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie P. Ballinger (Sulkowski); and his parents, William Ballinger and Isabelle Ballinger. He is survived by: his children, Brian Ballinger (Cody Olsen) and Lisa Tormey (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Lillian and Dean Tormey; and his siblings, Sharon Baldwin, Peter Ballinger and Rebecca Black (Mitch). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
