She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville and Flossy; her husband Jack Campbell; and her siblings, Lee Connolly, Milford Mullins and Lowell Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Cary Campbell (Amey) and Jerry Campbell (Beth); her grandchild Paige Campbell; and her siblings, Sara Eifert, Nadene Fultz and Orville Mullins. She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
