He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his daughter Mary Helen Stout; and his brother Howard Stout. He is survived by: his family Charlie; and his children, Margaret Kaluzny (Brian), Barbara Stout, Charles Stout (Michaelene), James Stout (Amy) and John Stout (Lisa). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
