He is survived by: his children, Sherry Forbes, Rod Leake (Elaine), Russell Leake (Carol), Garry Leake and Jon Leake; and his siblings, Margaret Robinson, Sue Kitts and Ronald Leake. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
