She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blackmer and Corinne Blackmer (Boehm); her husband Richard; and her sister Polly Dodge. She is survived by: her children, Richard Todd Smith (Ava) and Terry Worosz (Michael); her grandchildren, Kelly Angstrom (Greg), Leslie Vosters (David), Ross Smith (Alicia) and Brianna Potter (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Liliana, Reid, Hunter, Charlotte and Miles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
