She is survived by: her husband James Petish; her sons, David Hausch (Dominique) and Matthew Hausch (Anne); her stepchildren, James H. Petish II and Cynthia Lillie (Dave); her grandchildren, Madison (Kyle), Lindsey, Austin, Luke, Jacob and John (Samantha); and her sister-in-law Donna Mallard.
