She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Gast and Rose Gast (Sampson); her husband Edward John Ott; her great grandchild Daniel Edward Frederick; and her siblings, Margaret, Gertrude, Betty and Arnold.

She is survived by: her daughter Pam Frederick (Rick); her grandson Douglas Frederick (Nicole Dunbar); and her great grandchild Shane Frederick.
