He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Godfrey (Hartman); and his sister Kay Godfrey Cramer. He is survived by: his father Donald Godfrey (Bonnie); his son Shae Godfrey; his siblings, Jane Cunningham (Bob), Judy Schultz and Jay Godfrey; his stepsiblings, Tina Schaffer, Angel Nelson and Arty Stine; and his stepfather Larry Ball.
