He is survived by: his wife Pam (Long); his children, Kari Bell (Jeff), Kelsey Kelm and Chad Stewart (Nichole); his grandchildren, Madelynn Frank (Micheal), Karsyn Stewart, Cooper Stewart, Mason Bell and Makston Bell; his great grandchild Micheal Frank, Jr.; his sisters, Debbie Shermak (Larry) and Tammy Gallo (Rob); and his stepsister Linda Thompson (Chuck).
