He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Fodor and Laverne Fodor (Greenwood). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Long; his children, Nicole Dudley (John), Stephanie Truhlar (Anthony) and Heath Fodor (Melissa); his granddaughter Alexandria Fodor; his sister Nancy Fodor; his niece Jennifer Hernandez; and also Kelly Branch.
