She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Siemon and Ruth Siemon (Truhn); and her siblings, Robert Siemon and Beatrice Siemon. She is survived by: her children, Denise Ott Snyder (Marc), Diane Ott Stegman, Dennis Ott (Karen), Doreen Schultz (Jerry Leach) and Dawn Ott; her grandchildren, Chip Snyder, Cody Snyder, Courtney Berkebile (Scott), Sierra, Thomas Schultz (Chelsie), Crystal Triboulet, David Ott and Kaylee Marcks; her great grandchildren, Ellie Berkebile, Tyler Schultz, Grant Schultz, Allegra Triboulet and Atticus Triboulet; and her sister Betty Howard.
