He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludvik Barinka and Marie Barinka. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Kim), Lou (Rachelle), Tim (Mary), Shawn (Lisa), Fay Keane (Kevin) and Cathy Schaffer (David); and his brother Dr. Larry Barinka. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
