He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Vivian. He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Companion; his wife Marge; his children, James Bembenek II (Tracy) and Rebecca Ruff (Robert); his grandchildren, Ross (Emily), Eric, Abbey, Jackson, Bella, Quinten and Parker; his great grandchild Madi; and his sister Debra Hess (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
