She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Costello and Mary Costello (King); and her siblings, Donald Costello and Donna Spellman. She is survived by: her husband Allen Decker; her son Cody Decker; her siblings, Jerry Costello (Judi) and Debbie Ruff (Richard); and her friends, Kathy, Terri and Nancy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
