He is survived by: his wife Elaine Meyer (Foutch); his former wife Tudy Meyer; his children, Anthony Meyer and Tammy Meyer; and his stepchildren, Autumn Mitchell (James) and Matthew Foutch (Jesie). He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
