He was predeceased by: his significant other Roxanne Frazier; his sisters, Diane Robinson and Dixie Robinson; his father-in-law LeRoy Shinaver; and his brother-in-law LeRoy Shinaver, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, John Frazier (Irene) and Donna Frazier (Hawley); his daughters, Jenna Kibbey (Hunter) and Heather Frazier (Jordan French); his grandson Mark Kibbey; his fiancée Denise Woss; his stepson Shawn Simpson; his siblings, Cheri Jackson (Jeffrey), Patti Dominguez (Ramiro), Denise Watchhorn (Glenn), Douglas Robinson (Lucille) and Dora Robinson; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Shinaver (Kyria) and Kitty Shinaver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
