He is survived by: his wife Janet Mazany; his children, Shelley Kruskie (Kirk), Bryan Mazany (Gretchen) and Julie Mazany Bradshaw (Joe Monroe); his grandchildren, Justin Kruskie, Jordan Kruskie, Kaylee Bradshaw and Caleb Mazany; and his sisters, Joyce Senyko (John) and Terri Slominski (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and cousins.
