He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Ham; his children, Doug Ham Jr. (Elizabeth), Jim Ham (Pamela), Leanna Krukowski (Bryon), John Ham (Eileen), Jill Rotunno and Laura McDonald (Larry); his grandchildren, Kristen Ham, Emmily Ham, Becca Ham, Douglas Ham III (Ashley), Niklas Ham, Koltyn Ham, Izabelle Ham, Aiden Ham, Beau Ham, Carson Ham, Alan Ham, Alexandra Ham, Jared Krukowski (Taylor), Kathryn Krukowski, Jessica Ham, J. D. Ham, Sean Rotunno, Andrew Rotunno, Ryan McDonald (Kelly), Randy McDonald (Sarah), Dan McDonald, Mitchell Bauer, Zachary Bauer and Bradley Bauer; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Garcia, Livia Krukowski, Griffin Krukowski, Berkley Krukowski, Tyler McDonald, Ian McDonald, Lillyanna McDonald and Evelyn McDonald. He is also survived by brothers - and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many good friends.
