With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Hurd of Bridgeport, Michigan, born in Marlette, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David A. Hurd to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Pauline Hurd Sr. (Schell); his wife Judith Berden; his brothers, Harold Hurd Jr. (Pat) and Robert Hurd; his niece Julie Hurd; and his nephew Michael Hurd.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Hurd (Mindy) of Carrollton, Jeff Hurd (Gina Deveraux) of Saginaw and Jason Hurd (Carla) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Colin Hurd, Tyler Hurd (Kayla Aultman), Alli Hurd, Kaycee Morgeli, Lexi Morgeli, Lindsay Hurd, Colby Morgeli, Cayla Gilbert, Caitlyn Gilbert, Colton Cancelli and Caris Cancelli; his sister Paula Phillips of Frankenmuth; and his sister-in-law Ellen Hurd of Marlette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Pursuant to the current state executive order, indoor building capacity is limited, face coverins are required, and social distancing encouraged.
