He was predeceased by: his mother Belinda Fraly (Gonyon); and his sister Tammie Fraly-Saunders. He is survived by: his father Timothy Sr. Fraly of Brethren; his children, Shelby Fraly of Manistee and Timothy Fraly III (Laura) of Brethren; the mother of his children Tanya Fraly of Manistee; his grandchildren, Melody and Kolton Fraly of Brethren; and his sister Terri Rutowski (Todd) of Onekama. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
The family has asked that memorial donations be made to the Terwilliger Funeral Home, to help with funeral costs.
