She was predeceased by: her mothers, Kay Horn and Dona Horn (Norris); her significant other Annette Johnson; and her brothers, Earl and Burt.
She is survived by: her nephews, Kirt Horn (Kristin) of LaSalle and Jason Horn (Amy) of Coconut Creek, Florida; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Grace, Brenden Ryan, Reagan and Austin; and her friends, Tommy, Carol, Buck and Susie.
