He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy Benjamin and Zelma Violet Tughan (Kennedy); his wife Emily Louise Tughan (McCoy); his children, Jane A. Tughan of Kalamazoo, Lawrence N. Tughan (Susan A. Chopp) of Sammamish, Patricia E. Lyben of Ortonville, Alice J. Peper of Round Rock, Shirley R. Hanna of Brethren and Elaine C. Tughan of Brethren; his grandchildren, Corydon, Kennedy, Tracy, Colleen, Ryan, Taylor, Austin, Barron, Scott, Keith and Ross; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Lincoln, Emerson, Madelyn, Brinley and Emerie. He was also cherished by husband, father, and grandfather, and for his love for his dogs.
