It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Fay Danks of Brethren, Michigan, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Jackson and Mae Jackson; her brother Johnny Jackson (Mary); her daughter-in-law Beverly Danks; her parents-in-law, Robert Danks (Marie) and Gladys Turk (Mervin); her aunt Dorothy Sersaw; and her siblings-in-law, William, Patrick, Janice and Jean.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Danks; her children, Charles Danks, Johnny Danks (Lindy) and Eliza Carlson (Steve); her grandchildren, Courtney, Raelynn, Alyssa, Whitney, Kyleigh, Taylor, Hailey and Kameren; her great grandchildren, KJ and Owen; her siblings-in-law, Robert Danks (Lois), Gordy Bajtka, Linda Krause (Robert), Bonnie Danks and Elaine Danks; and her close friends, Dewey, Beth Sacksteder, Mark and Barb Turner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
