He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; his brothers, John and Dick Hostetler; and his son-in-law Randall Snearey. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Monteer (Robert) of Monroe, MI, Denise Snearey of Alma, MI, Donna Hensley of Lake Havasu, AZ and Robert Wheeler (Janice) of Hemlock, MI; his stepchildren, Joyce Andersen (Michael) of Goodyear, AZ and Robert Kenney (Becky) of Grand Rapids, MI; his grandchildren, Jason Monteer (Laura), Kristen Lezotte (Donald), Grant Snearey (Allison), Erin Terwilliger, Michelle Wheeler, Theresa Tompa (Christopher), Douglas Bottoms (Michelle) and Dana Charbonneau (Marc); his brothers, Gene Hostetler (Peggy) and Rick Hostetler (Maria); and his sister-in-law Jeanine Hostetler. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
