He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loyd "Arkie" Watters and Canna Watters (Smith); his sister Nina Lee Seibert (Watters) of Arkansas; his spouse Gala May Miller; his daughters, Janine Cordes, Christine Watters and Eileen Jones (Mark); and his grandson Joseph Cordes IV (Bobbi). He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
