Foster of Breckenridge, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Buryl Radabaugh and Edith Radabaugh (VanCamp); her stepmother Genevieve Radabaugh; her husband Marlyn Foster; her brothers, Phil and Gary Radabaugh; and her brother-in-law Richard Savage.

She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Witbrodt (Bruce) and Mike Foster (Julie); her grandchildren, Johnathon Foster and Alicia Neal (Kory); her great grandchildren, Camden Foster, Aria and Jett Neal; her sisters, Joan Savage, Carole Solomon (George), Sherry Blair and Connie Elzinga (Mike); and her close friend Bernie Clapp.
