He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clingenpeel and Betty Jean Clingenpeel (Fitzgerald); his father-in-law Bob Boog; and his niece Becky Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kay" Marie Boog; his children, Kurt, Dawn and Eric (Alyssa); his grandson Spencer; his sister Bev Thompson (Mike); his mother-in-law Betty Boog; and his brothers-in-law, Doug (Pat), Larry (Jackie) and Gary Boog (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
