She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Welzin and Geraldine Welzin (Mason); and her siblings, Fred, Wayne, Leo Welzin and Nancy Schaefer.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Hoffman (Kathy) and Patty Du Bois (Brian); and her brothers, Gary, Larry, Ronald and Buddy Welzin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
