He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Felver (Toner); and his son Brandon Felver. He is survived by: his father Cecil Felver; his wife Sally JoAnne Sexton; his children, Dakota Felver (Maria), Caleb Felver, Sally Friend, Falisha, Brittany and McKenna; his grandchildren, Kayliana, Isaiah and Brinlee; his siblings, Rich, Greg and Rose Bigelow; his sons, Cecil Felver (Joanne) and William; and his sister-in-law Shelly Sumner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
