He was predeceased by: his sister Annette L. Brown; and his grandparents, Rosa Palomarz, Martin Betancourt, Grace Wells and Ivan Brown.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Brown and Maria Brown; his wife Trina Brown; his son Aaron Brown; his stepchildren, Cody Brown and Madison Brown; his siblings, Manuel Brown, Tarica Brown-Jordon (Chris), Jacob Brown (Shawn Lynn) and Kenneth Brown; his brother-in-law Kurt Dittenber (Michelle); his friend Nick Cooper (Michelle); and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Seth, Gabriel, Kamron, Tiffani and Annette. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Richard's family, care of Trina Brown.
