He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Milton, Benita Phillips, Jim and Josephine MacLennan; and his aunt Penny MacLennan.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Phillips and Pam Phillips (MacLennan); his wife Carrie Earle; his children, Braydon and Rayne (Rainbow); his sister Jamie Neitling (Ryan); his niece Lani Borrego (John); and his nephew Maverick Neitling. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
