He is survived by: his close friend Belgian Shepherd; his siblings, Theresa Mackin (Bill), Shelley Powers (Mike) and Daniel Johnson (Debbie); his siblings-in-law, Gloria Katch (Tim), Brenda Slominski (Mark), Linda Phillips and Paul Phillips (Carla); and his mother-in-law Lois Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
