He is survived by: his mother Laura Rolfe Guthrie; his brother Tony; his sister-in-law Deidra Guthrie; his nephews, Tony II (Makayla), Haylie and David A Guthrie; and his aunts, Marlene Hoeppner and Deanna (Mike Mazar).
