She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Valentine and Nora Valentine (McFall); her husband Dale; and her siblings, Arlene, Robert, Jean, Glenn and Marilyn.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy; her friend Sun Resort; her children, Cathy Brumm (Robert), Linda Schmidtman, Melissa Duer (Scott) of Marquette, Sandra Winters (Robert) of Willis and Robert Schmidtman (Nancy) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Jennifer Carr (Brad), Derek Brumm, Tammy Savolainen (Matt), Joseph Mead (Anne Wiley), Andrew Mead (Lihua), Libby Schmidtman, Conrad Schmidtman, Kelsey Petrocik (Joe), Tyler Duer (Alexandra Karki) and Riley Duer (Emma Firby); and her great grandchildren, Billy, Chuckie, Anthony, Carson, Lucas, Kenzie, Hadley and Ruth.
